The executive AI firm. Dallas.

Every day
a Friday.

Cutting edge AI, set up for you and the team that runs your day. It learns your people, your priorities and how you think, then gets sharper every week. We do all the work. You get your hours back.

Friday: the trusted right hand. Also how a week feels when nothing slips.

Your week

Sample

Tuesday brief

7:45 am

  • TodayThree meetings today. Prep for the 10:00 and the 2:00 is ready.
  • Your peopleYour 2:00 is a repeat. Last time they asked about timing. Notes attached.
  • Follow upsTwo follow-ups you promised are drafted in your voice. Review and send.
An illustration. Yours is built around your own week.

01The problem

Most AI forgets you. Yours won’t.

Every major AI tool is powerful. Out of the box, it meets you for the first time, every time. You explain yourself again, and nothing builds. We set it up so it starts from what it already knows about you.

Chat onlyForgets

Prep me for my 2:00.

Happy to help. Who are you meeting, what is it about, and what do you want out of it?

Starts from zero. Every single time.
Set up with memoryRemembers

Prep me for my 2:00.

It’s the lender on the second deal. Last call they pushed on timing, and you said you’d send updated numbers by Friday. Three questions to ask, and a draft recap, are below.

It already knows. You just ask.

An illustration of how the two feel in use. No real people or deals.

02What you get

A right hand that already knows you.

Most people never get AI past the chat box. We take it all the way, so it works the way a great chief of staff does.

01

It knows your day.

What is on your calendar, who is waiting on you and what you said you would do. One short brief every morning.

  • Today’s meetings, with prep
  • Open threads and promises
  • A short morning brief
02

It knows your people.

Your board, your team, your partners and your deals. What each one cares about, and why you decided what you decided.

  • Your people and their history
  • Decisions and the reasons
  • How you think and write
03

It works where you work.

Your email, calendar and documents, connected only where your firm allows. Your recurring work, written down once and handled every time after.

  • Mail and calendar
  • Documents and files
  • Your recurring work

All of it adds up to a right hand that knows you.

Every question draws on everything it knows. Not a blank page.

03Why it compounds

Every day it knows more. So you move faster.

Every meeting, note and decision feeds back in. The work stacks up instead of starting over, so each week runs a little smoother than the last.

What it knows about you

Illustrative. Not measured.

Day 90

Chat only, any day

Same as day one. It forgot.

Day 1: It knows the basics.

Your role, your week and your calendar. Already better than a blank chat.

Day 30: It knows your people.

Your key relationships, your recurring meetings and how you write. Drafts start to sound like you.

Day 90: It knows how you think.

Your deals, your decisions and the reasons behind them. Your recurring work runs with you. It feels like a right hand.

04What it feels like

A Tuesday that feels like a Friday.

01

Prep before you ask

Ask for prep on your 2:00. It already knows who they are, what you discussed last time and what you promised. You walk in ready.

02

Drafts in your voice

It has learned how you write. Follow ups come out short and sounding like you, ready for you to review and send.

03

Promises don’t slip

Say “I’ll send that Friday” in a meeting. It lands on your list, and tomorrow’s brief brings it back.

04

Talk, don’t type

Dictate a thought in the car. It gets filed with that person or deal, so it is there next time.

05For your team

Built for you and the people who run your day.

Your chief of staff, your assistant and your direct reports carry the same load you do. We set each of them up around their own work, inside the same firm rules, so they get more valuable and your whole office moves faster.

  • Chiefs of staff

Prep, follow ups and the weekly picture, ready before you ask.

  • Executive assistants

Calendars, travel and the inbox, handled with a right hand of their own.

  • Direct reports

Board and leadership updates drafted in the format you like.

Teams are quoted after the Review.

06What we set up

Everything set up. Built on what you already pay for.

01

On every device

Your computer and your phone, one account, set up for you. It becomes the place you think out loud.

02

A memory that learns you

Who you are, how you work and who matters to you. Private, kept on your own machines and in accounts you own.

03

Your voice

Talk instead of type. A thought in the car becomes a filed note or a ready draft.

04

Mail, calendar and documents

Connected only where your firm allows it. Briefs, prep and follow ups come from what is already there.

05

Your recurring work, handled

The things you do every week, done the same good way every time.

The golden rule

“If you get stuck, ask AI how to fix AI.”

We leave every client with this. It is the habit that makes the rest last.

The license is the easy part

We work with the AI your firm already has.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

Lives inside Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Your firm may already license it.

  • Gemini in Google Workspace

Lives inside Gmail, Docs and Drive for firms on Google.

  • ChatGPT

Many firms have team seats. We set it up around your real work.

  • Claude

Desktop and phone apps with voice. Many executives already have it.

07How it works

Three steps. Most of the work is ours.

  1. 01

    Review

One session. We look at what you already pay for and what your firm allows. You get a short written plan.

  2. 02

    Set up

Two working sessions, with you at the keyboard. We do the building. Before we call it done, you see every item on your finish list working.

  3. 03

    Compound

You use it every day and it learns. Each month we keep it current and add something new.

08Discretion

Your firm’s rules come first.

We work within your firm's approved tools and policies. We are not lawyers or compliance consultants, and we don't certify anything. Your firm's rules win, every time.

Your tools, your accounts
Everything lives in accounts you own. If you leave us, it all stays with you.
Your firm’s policy first
We start by writing down what your firm allows. Then we set up only inside it.
We never need passwords
You sign in. We guide. We never ask for a password or a login code.
Sensitive data stays put
Client, patient and customer information goes only where your firm says it can.

09Who it’s for

Built for the people who run things.

10Why Friday Exec

We’d rather prove it than promise it.

We think we’re the best at this. Book a call and judge for yourself.

We run on it ourselves
This is how we run our own work, every day. You get what we use.
Not useful? Your fee back.
If the Review doesn’t tell you something you didn’t know, you get the full fee back. You decide.
Done means working
You get a written finish list before you pay. We are not done until every item works in front of you.
Independent
No AI company pays us. We recommend what fits you.
You own all of it
Your accounts, your machines. If you leave us, it all stays with you.
Your firm’s rules win
We write down what your firm allows first, then set up only inside it.

12Questions

Straight answers.

I already use ChatGPT. What is different?

Most people use it like a search engine. Ask, get an answer, start over tomorrow. We set it up so it remembers you and works from your own mail, calendar and documents. That is why it gets better every day.

My firm already pays for Copilot. Why do I need you?

The license is the easy part. Getting it to know you, your week and your files is the work. That is what we do.

Where does the memory live?

On your own computer and in accounts you own. Not on our servers. The AI app you use processes what you send it under its own terms, and we set it up inside your firm’s rules. If you leave us, it all stays with you.

Do you replace my assistant or my IT team?

No. We make them better at what they already do. IT sets the rules. Your assistant stays in charge of your day, now with a right hand of their own.

Which AI do you use?

Whatever your firm approves: Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude. We pick the rest of the setup around your work and walk you through it on the call.

Is this compliant with HIPAA, privilege or my bank’s rules?

We don’t certify compliance and we aren’t lawyers. We write down what your firm allows first, and we set up only inside it. Your compliance team has the final word.

Will you see my client files?

We don’t need to. You stay at the keyboard and we guide. We don’t copy or keep your files or anything confidential we see. We keep only our notes on your setup.

I’m not technical. Will this work for me?

Yes. It is built for people who are not. We also leave you with one rule: if you get stuck, ask AI how to fix AI.

How long does it take?

The Review is one session. Setup is usually two working sessions, then thirty days of help.

Are you the best?

We think we’re the best at this. We built it to be the best AI setup you will ever have, and if the Review isn’t useful, you get your fee back. Book a call and judge for yourself.

Where are you?
